Our new Conservatory Restaurant offers a light, relaxed and welcoming ambience with beautiful views of the South Downs countryside. Our Chef/Manager Mr Achim Klein has reviewed the menus to reflect light, stylish dishes using fresh local ingredients . All of our dishes are prepared and cooked to order. Any vegetarian and special dietary requirements can be made on request as your order is taken.
To compliment Southdowns cuisine there is an excellent wine list which offers a varied selection of both continental and new world wines.
